FLOWEASY DRAIN OPENER
For Bath or Kitchen Sinks, Wash Basins, Shower or Tub Drains and Washing Machines
(Drain Pipes Only!) DIRECTIONS: If the drain is backed up, there is no need to bail the water
out. Remove any dishes, utensils or other items from sinks before using drain opener in case
drain contents back up before draining out of the sink. Pour drain opener directly into the
standing water. Let stand in drain for 15 minutes. FLOWEASY combines with the standing water
allowing it to flow past the Trap and penetrate the Clog. Rinse drain with cold water for 5 minutes.
If the drain is not backed up, apply a light coat of petroleum jelly to the drain and surrounding
area to protect the drain’s finish, and then proceed as directed above. To clean washing machine
drain pipes, disconnect hoses going from back of washer to drain lines. Carefully pour
FLOWEASY into drain pipes and let stand for 15 minutes. Flush with cold water from a garden
hose for 5 minutes. Reconnect the hoses.
DIRECTIONS FOR TOILETS: Pour FLOWEASY directly into the standing water. Let it stand for
15 minutes, then flush the toilet 3 Times to clear the line. FLOWEASY will heat up slowly to temper
the china bowl, so it Won’t Crack the Toilet! Do Not Use More than 12 to 16 Ounces in a Toilet.
Safety Factors: FLOWEASY can be poured directly into the standing water – will not blow back!
Do Not Use in appliances such as Garbage Disposals, Dishwashers or Washing Machines.

finishes. If possible, we suggest that you apply a thin coat of petroleum jelly on your drain and the
surrounding area as a precaution against such staining. Always place a plastic bucket or dishpan
under the J-Bend or P-Trap before using a drain opener. Never use a plunger or another
chemical product while using a drain opener.
